Where is Power Gym located?

In Kouvola, Power Gym can be found between Kouvola and Kuusankoski, along good transport connections, at Tommolankatu 18, 45130 Kouvola, and the Motonet department store operates in the same premises. We have enough parking space.

Can I visit the PG before becoming a member?

Our gym has an introduction and visiting time when there is a staff on site to answer your questions. Check-in time is Monday and Wednesday from 16.00-19.00

When I join online, how soon can I come to the gym?

You can start your training IMMEDIATELY once you´ve become a  member. You will receive two separate emails right after joining. One of them contains a personal access code to access our gyms until the tag arrives. Remember that the code is personal.

If I buy a 10x card from the online store, will I be able to train immediately?

You can access our gyms as soon as your 10x card has arrived, in which case there will be no access code.

If I was already a member of Power Gym and the purchase of a new membership does not work?

In that case, you should log in to our website as a former customer. Your username is your email address and your password is your customer code. If you do not remember the password, press I do not remember the password and a new password will be sent to your e-mail, so you can try again with the password sent to you. If for some reason you still can’t get ahead, please contact immediately by e-mail and we will make the membership and check that we have the correct contact information.

May I use cash or vouchers?

Memberships can be paid for electronically online or using a credit card or e-invoice. We do not accept cash payments.

Sports vouchers are successful from the second month of membership, we accept Smartum, e-passport and Tyky and Virike vouchers.
Exercise vouchers should be returned to the mailbox reserved for exercise vouchers inside the hall, which is located on the office wall.
Put the banknotes in an envelope with your own contact information and be sure to sign the banknotes!

When paying with a sports voucher or similar service, the payment processing time is approx. 3 weeks, depending on the payment method.
Open invoices cannot be paid but will always be deducted from future payments.

Is there an age limit?

The minimum age is 15 years. And remember, everyone who trains at Power Gym needs to have their own personal membership card.

The minor can join the website as a member with the guardian’s contact information and then inform us by e-mail of the minor’s user information and benefits, and we will add them to the system.

Can I take a break from my PG membership?

A break is only possible due to pregnancy, the military or a serious illness. For more information, email

If I purchase a Combined Membership, how do I book TFW and group exercise classes?

They can be booked HERE . If for any reason you are unable to log in, please contact us immediately via email; and we will help you.

What if I lose my membership card?


If this happen please contact immediately by e-mail . We will have to arrange a new card and you will be charged 15.90€ for this.

The membership card gives you access and also serves as a payment method for vending machines for drinks and snacks once you have made an e-invoice agreement.

Can I visit with a friend?

You can check out our visiting times on Mondays and Wednesdays from 16:00 to 19:00. There is a staff on site to meet you and answer your questions.

Are there any group classes at Power Gym?

Power Gym Kouvola has Guided Training For Warriors (TFW) Group Exercise classes that we conduct in cooperation with Funnwellness.

I am a new member of the gym, can I get training help?

At Power gym, it is possible to purchase a guided help or a program separately from our Personal Trainers who are for you and will be happy to help. For example, we get a Power start for 79 €, it includes a training program and one meeting with a Personal Trainer. Our trainers will be happy to help you and together with you you can tailor a program that suits you, whether it is related to weight management, rehabilitation, muscle building or nutritional guidance. You can see all the packages directly here.

Does PG have a sauna?

We do not have access to the sauna our gym, because we are open 24/7 and the staff is not present at all times.

How can I end my membership?

You can unsubscribe from our website by filling out a notice of resignation . Please note that according to our terms, our notice period is one full billing period (approx. 4 weeks).
